Compounding with Recusants.

A PETITION read, of one Mr. Hilton, against the Lord Saville, and others.

Mr. Hilton called in, and avows his Petition.

Ordered, upon Question, That Mr. Richardson, the Clerk of this Commission, shall be sent for; and to bring his Books with him.

Mr. Coryton, Mr. Nicolls, Sir Rich. Grasvenor, Sir Pet. Riddall, Sir Jo. Hotham, Mr. Mallory, Sir Jo. Jackson, Mr. Wise, Sir Nat. Barnardiston, Sir Will. Carnaby, Mr. Noy, Mr. Cage, Mr. Woller, Mr. Ratcliffe, Sir Jam. Perrot, Knights, Burgesses of Yorke, and Westmerland, and Northumberland, Mr. Selden, Mr. Wandesford, Sir Tho. Riddall, Sir Eub. Theloall, Sir Tho. Barrington, Sir Pet. Hamond, Sir Will. Litton, Sir Ed. Gyles, Sir Hen. Mildmay, Sir Will. Massam: This Committee is to take into Consideration this Petition, and the Commission, and Instructions, for compounding with Recusants; with Power to send for Books, or other Writings or Records, and Persons, to inform them : - To meet on Thursday, Two Clock, Exchequer Court: - With all other Petitions, of like Nature.
