Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for vesting certain Lands of Sir Thomas Seyliard Baronet, in the County of Kent, in Trustees, to be sold, for the Payment of his Sisters Portions charged thereon."

ORDERED, That the said Two last mentioned Bills be referred to the Committee abovenamed.

Byde's Bill.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to enable Thomas Byde Esquire, an Infant (with the Consent of his Guardians and next Relations), to make a Contract for the buying in his Mother's Jointure; and to sell a small Estate in Great Amwell, in the County of Hertford; and likewise for the securing and raising a Portion for Barbara Byde, Sister of the said Thomas Byde; and for other Purposes in the Act mentioned."

ORDERED, That the Consideration of the said Bill be committed to the same Committee to whom Mr. Wake's Bill stands committed.

Sir R. Vyner's Creditors, for Relief of, Bill:

Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for the Relief of the Creditors of Sir Robert Vyner Knight and Baronet, deceased."

E. Warwick and Holland committed, for the Murder of Coote.

The House being informed, by the Lord Chief Justice of His Majesty's Court of King's Bench, "That Edward Earl of Warwick and Holland stands indicted for the Murder of Richard Coot Esquire:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Edward Earl of Warwick and Holland shall be, and he is hereby, committed Prisoner to His Majesty's Tower of London, there to be kept in safe Custody until he shall be delivered by due Course of Law; and this shall be a sufficient Warrant on that Behalf.

To the Right Honourable the Lord Lucas, Chief Governor of His Majesty's Tower of London, or the Deputy Governor thereof.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That Sir David Mitchell, Gentleman Usher of the Black Rod attending this House, in whose Custody Edward Earl of Warwick and Holland now is, shall convey the said Edward Earl of Warwick and Holland to His Majesty's Tower of London.

Warr versus Praed:

After hearing Counsel, upon the Petition and Appeal of William Warr Gentleman, from an Order made in the Court of Chancery the Fifth Day of May last, in a Cause there depending, between John Praed Complainant, and the Petitioner and Agnes Yates Widow and Administratrix of Daniel Yates Defendants; and praying the Reversal of the said Order; or the Petitioner may be relieved, by explaining an Order of this House, of the Seven and Twentieth of January One Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-six; as also upon the Answer of the said John Praed put in thereunto:

Judgement affirmed.

It is ORDERED and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Petition and Appeal of William Warr shall be, and is hereby, dismissed this House; and that the Order therein complained of shall be, and is hereby, affirmed.

Causes to be heard First Business.

It is Resolved by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That, for the future, when any Cause shall be appointed to be heard, the Counsel shall be called in, and the Cause proceeded on the First Business after Twelve of the Clock; and no other Matter to intervene.
