Barlow's Bill.

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for confirming the Sale of the Manor of (fn. 1) Tansall, and certain Tenements, in the County of York, made by Thomas Barlow Gentleman; and for settling other Lands, of greater Value, to the same Uses; and for vesting other Lands and Hereditaments in Trustees, to be sold, for purchasing other Lands, to be settled to the same Uses."

Forfeited Estates in Ireland, Commissioners to give an Account of.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Commissioners appointed by a late Act of Parliament, for inquiring into Estates within the Kingdom of Ireland, forfeited for High Treason during the late Rebellion there, do lay before this House, To-morrow, at Eleven of the Clock in the Forenoon, an Account, in Writing, of what they have done pursuant to the said Act.

Townshend discharged.

Upon reading the Petition of Wm. Townshend Bailiff, now in Custody of the Serjeant at Arms attending this House, for arresting and detaining Nathaniel Herbert, after Notice of the Order of this House, upon lodging his Appeal here; and humbly praying to be discharged:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Wm. Townshend shall be, and he is hereby, discharged, paying his Fees; and this shall be a sufficient Warrant on that Behalf.
