E. of Sunderland takes the Oaths.

This Day Robert Earl of Sunderland took the Oaths, and made and subscribed the Declaration, pursuant to the Statutes.

Gardner's Bill.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for vesting the Real Estate of Joseph Gardner and Sarah his Wife, late the Estate of William Ridges Esquire, deceased, in Trustees, to be sold, for Payment of the Debts and Legacy therein mentioned; and for applying the Residue of the Money upon the Trust therein specified."

ORDERED, That the Consideration of the said Bill be referred to the same Committee to whom the Bill, intituled, "An Act for the more speedy Payment of the Debts of John Clobery Esquire, deceased, and for the raising Portions and Maintenance for his Children," is committed; which Committee is to meet on Wednesday the Four and Twentieth Day of this Instant January, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

After reading some Letters, laid before this House by His Majesty's Command, relating to the Bishop of Derry in Ireland:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will take that Matter into Consideration on Tuesday the Sixteenth Day of this Instant January, at Eleven of the Clock in the Forenoon; and all the Lords summoned to attend.

Herbert versus Mayes.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the Cause wherein Thomas Ravenscroft and Nat'l Herbert are Appellants, and Robert Mayes Respondent, on Monday the Two and Twentieth Day of this Instant January, at Eleven of the Clock in the Forenoon.
