Upon reading the Petition of Michael Hubert Gentleman, and Alexander Hubert his Son, an Infant; praying, "That they may be admitted to be naturalized; being Protestants, and having lived in this Kingdom Twelve Years:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Petitioners shall be added to the Bill for naturalizing Oliver D'Harcourt and others.

Upon reading the Petition of David Gansepoel, late a Captain of a Company in Colonel Holt's Regiment, now in The Leward Islands; praying, "That he may be admitted to be naturalized:"

Upon reading the Petition of Leonard Wessell, of Tadworth, in the County of Surrey, Esquire; praying, "That he may have Leave to bring in a Bill, for Sale of his Estate in Essex; and to lay out the Monies thereby raised, in purchasing other Lands in the County of Surrey, to be settled to the same Uses; all Parties concerned consenting thereunto:"

The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

To carry down the said Bill, and desire their Concurrence thereunto.

Polexsen and Colston against Clobery's Bill.

Upon reading the Petition of John Polexfen and Edw'd Colston; shewing, "That there is a Bill depending in this House, for settling the Estate of John Clobery Esquire, for the Payment of his Debts, in which are several Lands included, which, by Conveyances, were vested in the Petitioner for a valuable Consideration; and praying, that they may be heard before the said Bill do pass:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Petitioners shall be heard, before the Committee to whom the said Bill stands committed, on Tuesday the Three and Twentieth Day of this Instant January, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon, by themselves or Counsel.
