Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for settling of the Lands, Tenements, and Hereditaments, late of Robert Merefield and John Merefield Esquires, deceased, and for ascertaining the Proportions between the Widow of the said Robert and his surviving Children."

The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

Who brought up a Bill, intituled, "An Act for preventing of frivolous and vexations Suits in the Principality of Wales and the Counties Palatine;" to which they desire the Concurrence of this House.

Union between England and Scotland, Bill for Commissioners to treat about.

ORDERED, That the said Bill be committed to a Committee of the whole House, on Thursday next, at Eleven of the Clock.

East India Company to continue a Corporation, Bill.

After hearing Counsel, upon the Petition of the English Company trading to The East Indias, against the Bill, intituled, "An Act to continue the Governor and Company of Merchants of London trading to The East Indies a Corporation;" as also Counsel for the Bill:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Bill shall be committed to a Committee of the whole House, on Friday next, at Eleven of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Warren versus Jackson.

After hearing Counsel this Day upon the Petition of Hugh Warren, in relation to an Order and Judgement of this House of the Tenth Instant, upon hearing of the Cause wherein Samuel Jackson was Appellant, and the Petitioner Respondent:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the following Words be added to the said Order and Judgement; (videlicet,) ["And that there shall be no Proceedings in Ireland until after the Re-hearing of the Causes here, so as the Respondent procure the Causes to be reheard before the Ninth Day of March next."]

D. of Norfolk's Witnesses to attend.
