D of Norfolk's Bill for a Divorce, Counsel, &c. heard:

Counsel for the Duke and Dutchess of Norfolke were called in.

And the Examination of William Bayly was read to him; and he being cross-examined by the Dutchess's Counsel, and that Examination read to him, he signed them.

Then John Curry, being called in and sworn, said, I went to serve Mr. Lafountaine and Mr. Lane with the Order for their Attendance.

"Mr. Lafountain's Wife lay-in. He said, "He could not be forced to come; he was not a Subject of England; and is the Lady Dutchess's Servant."

"Mr. Lane gave me a Letter to the Clerk of the Parliaments; which was read; and in it he desired further Time, not having Horses, nor could ride fast."

The Dutchess's Counsel moved for Copies of the Depositions taken, and Time for the Dutchess to be heard; and withdrew.

Then the following Orders were made:

Copy of the Depositions to be given either Side:

"ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That Copies of the Depositions or Examinations be delivered to either Side, and Copies of such Part of the Journals as relate to this Matter."
