Hodie 2^a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for making the River Larke, alias Burne, navigable."

ORDERED, That the Consideration of the said Bill be committed to the Lords following:

Their Lordships, or any Three of them; to meet on Tuesday next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon, in the Prince's Lodgings near the House of Peers; and to adjourn as they please.

Sir T. Robinson's Bill.

Hodie 2^a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for charging the Estate of Sir Thomas Robinson Baronet with Seven Thousand Pounds, for the Portion of Anne his Sister; and for settling her Estate upon the said Sir Thomas Robinson, in Lieu thereof."

ORDERED, That the Consideration of the said Bill be referred to the Committee above-named; who are to meet on Thursday the One and Twentieth Day of this Instant March, at the same Time and Place; and to adjourn as they please.

Message from H. C. with a Bill.

A Message from the House of Commons, by Sir John Mordant and others:

Who brought up a Bill, intituled, "An Act for the better ascertaining the Tithes of Hemp and Flax;" to which they desire the Concurrence of this House.

Countess Dowager Newport's Privilege.

The House being this Day moved, "That the Countess Dowager of Newport's Petition, which stands referred to the Lords Committees for Privileges, may be now examined at the Bar:"

It is ORDERED, That the said Reference be discharged.

And Anne Harding and David Lloyd being called in, sworn, and examined, to the Truth of the Allegations in the Petition; the following Order was made:

Wagstaff, &c. attached, for arresting her.

Upon Oath made, at the Bar of this House, "That Susannah Countess Dowager of Newport was, on Monday the Nineteenth Day of February last, arrested, by Thomas Wagstaffe and Thomas Fitzwalter, contrary to the Privilege of Peerage:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Serjeant at Arms attending this House, his Deputy or Deputies, do forthwith attach the Bodies of the said Thomas Wagstaffe and Thomas Fitzwalter, and bring them in safe Custody to the Bar of this House, to answer for their Offence; and this shall be a sufficient Warrant on that Behalf.

To Peter Persehouse Esquire, Serjeant at Arms attending this House, his Deputy or Deputies, and every of them.

Frivolous Suits in Wales, &c. to prevent, Bill.

A Message from the House of Commons, by Sir Robert Edon and others:

To return the Bill, intituled, "An Act for preventing of frivolous and vexatious Suits in the Principality of Wales, and the Counties Palatine;" and to acquaint this House, that they have agreed to the Lords Amendments, with some Amendments, whereunto they desire the Concurrence of this House.

Message from H. C. to return Clobery's Bill.

A Message was brought from the House of Commons, by Mr. Scobell and others:

To return the Bill, intituled, "An Act for the more speedy Payment of the Debts of John Clobery Esquire, deceased; and for the raising Portions and Maintenances for his Children;" to which they have agreed, without any Amendment.

J'anson's Bill:

Hodie 3^a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for Sale of the Estate of Bryan J'anson Esquire, deceased, for Payment of Debts, and Provision for his Wife and Children."

The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Sir Richard Holford and Mr. Meredith:

To carry down the said Bill, and desire their Concurrence thereunto.

D. of Norfolk's Bill, for a Divorce:

After the Examinations taken Yesterday, relating to the Duke and Dutchess of Norfolke, were read to the Witnesses, and they signing them; the Dutchess's Counsel moved, "To have Copies of the Depositions taken on either Side."

And, being withdrawn, the following Orders were made; (videlicet,)

Copies of Examinations to either Side:

"It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That Copies of the Examinations read, and signed by the Witnesses, Yesterday and this Day, be delivered to either Side."

Evidence to be summed up.

"It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will peremptorily proceed to hear the Duke of Norfolke and the Dutchess of Norfolk's Counsel, to sum up the Evidence on both Sides, on Friday next, at Twelve of the Clock; and all the Lords summoned to attend."

Washington, Recog. for Williams.

The House being this Day moved, "That Mr. Henry Washington may enter into Recognizance for John Williams, Appellant in this House; he being in Wales:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Henry Washington may enter into Recognizance, as desired.

Kirke versus Webb.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the Cause wherein Thomas Kirke is Appellant, and Thomas Webb and others are Respondents, To-morrow, at Eleven of the Clock in the Forenoon; and that all the Judges in Town and Mr. Attorney General do then attend.
