Message to H. C. with the Address for Concurrence.

A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Mr. Justice Turton and Mr. Justice Blincoe:

To carry the Address, agreed to Yesterday, to the House of Commons; and let them know, "That the Lords have agreed on the said Address, to be presented to His Majesty; and desire their Concurrence to it."

Lords take the Oaths.

Then James Duke of Ormonde and Charles Earl of Carnarvon took the Oaths, and made and subscribed the Declaration, pursuant to the Statute.

The Messengers sent to the House of Commons acquaint the House:

That they have delivered the Address and Message, as ordered.

Morris versus Harrison.

Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of Charles Morris Esquire, and Margaret Morris, Administratrix, with the Will annexed, of Robert Morris Esquire, deceased, from a Decree and several Orders made in the Court of Chancery, the Fifth Day of December One Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-five, the Fourth of March One Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-six, and the Fifteenth of December last, on the Behalf of Mary Harrison, Administratrix, with the Will annexed, of Godfrey Harrison, deceased, John Harrison, Son and Heir of the said Godfrey Harrison, and others; and praying, "That the said Decree and Orders may be set aside:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Mary Harrison and John Harrison, and other the Respondents in the said Appeal, may have a Copy thereof; and shall and they are hereby required to put in their Answer thereunto, in Writing, on Monday the Four and Twentieth Day of this Instant February, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon; and that, in the mean Time, all Proceedings in the said Cause shall be stayed.

Adjourn.
