Ball versus Ridler.
After hearing Counsel, upon the Petition and Appeal
of John Ball, of London, Factor, from Two several
Decretal Orders made in the Court of Chancery; one
of them the Nineteenth Day of April, and the other
the Sixth Day of November, One Thousand Seven
Hundred, in a Cause wherein Nathaniell Ridler was
Plaintiff, against the Petitioner Defendant; as also upon
the Answer of the said Nathaniel Ridler put in thereunto; and upon due Consideration of what was offered
It is this Day ORDERED and Adjudged, by the Lords
Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That
the said Petition and Appeal of John Ball shall be, and
is hereby, dismissed this House; and that the Decretal
Orders therein complained of shall be, and they are
Lady Say & Seale versus Lord Say & Seale.
Upon reading the Petition of Katherine Viscountess
Dowager Say & Seale; praying, "That the Lord Viscount Say & Seale may pay the Petitioner for her Support of the Arrears of her Rent-charge, and for
Relief in other Matters in the said Petition mentioned:"
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Lord Viscount
Say & Seale may have a Copy of the said Petition; and
do put in his Answer thereunto, in Writing, with all
State of the Fleet for Sea Service, to be sent Weekly.

appointed to execute the Office of Lord High Admiral
of England do, with all convenient Speed, lay before
this House, the present State of the Ships ordered for
Sea Service; and that they continue so to do from Week
King's Answer to Address about Norris and Desborow.
The Lord Chamberlain acquainted the House, "That
he had attended His Majesty with the Address concerning Captain Norris and Captain Desborow; and
His Majesty's Answer was:
"That He would restore Captain Norris, and will
give Order that Captain Desborow be restored to his
just Rights, as desired in the Address."
Morris versus Harrison.
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear
the Cause wherein Charles Morris and Margaret Morris
are Appellants, and Mary Harrison and others are Respondents, on Wednesday the Nineteenth Day of this Instant March, at Eleven of the Clock in the Forenoon.
