ORDERED, That the said Bill be committed to a Committee of the whole House, To-morrow, at Eleven a Clock; and that One Judge of each Court do then attend.

Sir Arthur Shaen versus Hancock & al.

After hearing Counsel for Sir Arthur Shaen, in relation to the adding of some Words to the Judgement of this House, of the Eight and Twentieth of April last, upon hearing of the Appeal of William Hancock and Leonard Hatfield, as also One Counsel for William Hancock and Leonard Hatfield; and Consideration of what was offered thereupon:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That these Words be added to the said Judgement; (videlicet,)

"And it is further ORDERED, That William Hancock and Leonard Hatfield do bring the Arrears of Rents now in their Hands, and the growing Rents, into the Court of Chancery in Ireland, there to remain until the determining of the Cause."

Heron versus Sir Arthur Shaen.

Upon reading the Petition of Mary Heron; shewing, "That Sir Arthur Shaen Baronet, for his own Debt, and the Debt of Sir James Shaen his late Father, is justly indebted to the Petitioner Twenty Thousand Pounds and upwards; and that he hath received Assets sufficent to pay the Debt: That the Petitioner, hearing Sir Arthur was in England, filed a Bill in Chancery against him, and obtained a Ne exeat Regnum against him, and arrested him thereupon; but he insisted, he had an Appeal out of Ireland depending here, and was thereby protected, whereupon she discharged him; and the Appeal being heard, and Sir Arthur yet in England, and still insisting on the Protection of this House: That the Petitioner's Totum is in his Hands, and his and his Father's Debts contracted in England, and she in Danger of losing her Demands, if she is put to prosecute the same in Ireland; the Petitioner therefore humbly prays she may be at Liberty to proceed against him upon the said Ne exeat Regnum, or otherwise, as she shall be advised, to recover her just Demands:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Petitioner hath hereby Leave given her to prosecute the said Sir Arthur Shaen, if he do not return to Ireland on or before Tuesday the Third Day of June next.

Warner versus Deale Bill.

Upon reading the Petition of William Warner Gentleman; praying to be heard, by his Counsel, against the Bill, intituled, "An Act for furnishing the Town of "New Deale with fresh Water:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Petitioner shall be heard, by his Counsel, on Monday next, at Eleven a Clock, before the Second Reading of the said Bill.

After hearing Counsel for the Lord Baltemore, against the Bill, intituled, "An Act for re-uniting to the Crown the Government of several Colonies and Plantations in America;" as also Counsel for the Bill:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That Wm. Penn, and others who think themselves therein concerned, shall be heard, by their Counsel, on Saturday next, at Eleven a Clock: And that all the Causes and Hearings be removed in Course.
