The House to attend the King, about His Declaration for Ecclesiastical Affairs;

The Lord Chamberlain acquainted the House, "That he hath waited on His Majesty, to know His Pleasure what Time the House shall attend Him, to give Him Thanks for His Declaration; and His Majesty hath appointed this Morning, at the Rising of the House, at Whitehall."

and the Queen on Her Return.

His Lordship further signified, "That he hath waited on the Queen, to know Her Pleasure, when their Lordships shall wait upon Her; and She hath appointed this Afternoon, at Four of the Clock, at Whitehall."

Rodney versus Cole.

ORDERED, That on Wednesday Morning next, the Counsel of Rodney and Cole shall state the Business, at the Bar; and then this House will give therein what Judgement as shall be according to Justice.

Trinity House and Mountjoy, concerning the Ballast Office.

Upon reading the Petition of Mary Mountjoy, concerning the Ballast Office:

It is ORDERED, That Counsel on both Sides shall be heard, at this Bar, on Wednesday Morning next, touching the Order of this House, dated the 13 of June last, concerning the Ballast Office; and the Parties to have timely Notice hereof.

Piedmont Collection Bill.

ORDERED, That the Committee for the Act concerning the Protestants of Piedmont shall meet on Tuesday next, in the Afternoon; and then the Protestants Petition to be heard.

Bill to annex Dunkirk, &c.

ORDERED, That the Committee for the Bill concerning Dunkerke do meet on Tuesday next, in the Afternoon.

E. of Arundel's Bill.

ORDERED, That these Lords following are added to the Committee for the Bill of the Earl of Arrundell to be restored to the Dukedom of Norffolke.
