The Earl of Dorsett reported the Bill for Lyndsey
Fenns, as fit to pass, with some Alterations; which were
read Twice, and recommitted to the same Committee, to
nominate Commissioners Names; and the Committee to
meet To-morrow Morning, at Nine a Clock.

ORDERED, That the Petition of Lætitia Kemys is referred to the Committee for Triers.

Upon hearing the Counsel concerning the Cause of
Hatfeild Levell:
It is ORDERED and Declared, That this House forbears any further Proceedings in this Cause, till a Bill

Privilege of Peers, concerning the Militia and Assessments.
Upon Information to the House, "That divers Peers
have been sent to, by the Deputy Lieutenants, to
bring in Horse and Arms; which is contrary to the
Privileges of Peers, and contrary to the Order of this
House of the 9th of May last past:"
It is ORDERED, That the Committee for Privileges
do meet To-morrow in the Afternoon, and consider how
to provide to maintain the Privileges of Peers, in Point
of the Militia, and paying of Assessments, and report the
same to this House: And the Lord Howard of Charlton,
the Lord Mohun, and the Lord Hatton, are added to
that Committee; who have Power to adjourn from Time
to Time, as they shall think fit.
Order to prevent Stoppages in the Streets near this House.
ORDERED, That the Committee for preventing the
stopping the Streets between this House and Whitehall
do meet, and send for the Justices of Peace, and consider
of some effectual Course to be taken, to prevent this Inconvenience.
