ORDERED, That the Lord Viscount Loftus's Petition be referred to the Committee of Triers.

E. of Lauderdale versus Ireton.

Upon the Petition of the Earl of Lauderdail:

It is ORDERED, That the Cause between him and Alderman Ireton and others shall be heard, by Counsel, at this Bar, on Friday next; and all Parties to have Notice hereof.

Bill for draining Fens in Lincoln.

The Earl of Dorsett reported the Bill for Lyndsey Fenns, as fit to pass, with some Alterations; which were read Twice, and recommitted to the same Committee, to nominate Commissioners Names; and the Committee to meet To-morrow Morning, at Nine a Clock.

Kemys's Petition.

ORDERED, That the Petition of Lætitia Kemys is referred to the Committee for Triers.

Hatfield Level.

Upon hearing the Counsel concerning the Cause of Hatfeild Levell:

It is ORDERED and Declared, That this House forbears any further Proceedings in this Cause, till a Bill be brought in.

Jones et al. sent for, for Contempt of the Marquis of Worcester's Order.

Upon reading the Affidavit of William Hughes, "That there hath been a Contempt of the Order of this House, dated the 20th of June last, made in the Case of the Marquis of Worcester:"

It is ORDERED, That Valentine Jones and John and Henry Stevens shall be sent for as Delinquents; to answer their Contempts to the Order of this House.

Bill for Tanning Leather.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act prohibiting the planting of Tobacco within the Kingdom of England."

ORDERED, That the Consideration of this Bill be committed to the same Committee as the Bill for dressing of Leather.

Privilege of Peers, concerning the Militia and Assessments.

Upon Information to the House, "That divers Peers have been sent to, by the Deputy Lieutenants, to bring in Horse and Arms; which is contrary to the Privileges of Peers, and contrary to the Order of this House of the 9th of May last past:"

It is ORDERED, That the Committee for Privileges do meet To-morrow in the Afternoon, and consider how to provide to maintain the Privileges of Peers, in Point of the Militia, and paying of Assessments, and report the same to this House: And the Lord Howard of Charlton, the Lord Mohun, and the Lord Hatton, are added to that Committee; who have Power to adjourn from Time to Time, as they shall think fit.

Order to prevent Stoppages in the Streets near this House.

ORDERED, That the Committee for preventing the stopping the Streets between this House and Whitehall do meet, and send for the Justices of Peace, and consider of some effectual Course to be taken, to prevent this Inconvenience.
