ORDERED, That the Act concerning the Excise, made
in 1659, be considered of, to see what Powers are therein for issuing out of Monies.
Monies paid without the Consent of this House.
And the House being informed, "That divers Sums
of Money have been paid without their Lordships
It is ORDERED, To be referred to the Committee of
Privileges, to consider thereof, and inform themselves by
what Way and Means they think fit.
