Watcher's Nat. Bill.

The Earl of Dorsett reported from the Committee, the Bill for naturalizing Watcher, as sit to pass, with few Alterations; which being read Twice, it is ORDERED, That the said Bill be ingrossed, with those Alterations.

Message from H. C. with a Bill.

A Message was brought from the House of Commons, by Sir George Downing Knight, &c.; who brought up a Bill to prohibit the Transportation of Wool, &c. (fn. 1) wherein their Lordships Concurrence is desired.

Bill for Tanning Leather.

Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for Tanning and Dressing of Leather.

And the Question being put, "Whether this Bill shall pass as a Law?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

Bill to vacate Sir E. Powell's Fines.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for the making void certain Fines unduly procured to be levied, by Sir Edward Powell Knight and Baronet, and Dame Mary his Wife."

Ld. Mohun versus Keigwin and Dandy.

Upon hearing the Counsel of the Lord Mohun, touching Damages to be given him by Keigwin and Dandy:

It is ORDERED, That Mr. Justice Windham shall advise with the rest of the Judges, whether, upon the voting of Damages to be given to the Lord Mohun by this House before the passing of the Act of Indemnity, the said Damages are released by the said Act; and to report their Opinions herein as soon as conveniently they can.

Ld. Delawar and Ld. Berkeley, Precedency.

ORDERED, That the Business between the Lord De la Warr, and the Lord Berkeley, touching the Right of Precedency, shall be heard, on Friday Morning next, by Counsel, at this Bar.

A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Doctor Lewin and Mr. Hobart:

To deliver to them the Bill concerning the Tanning and Dressing of Leather; and to desire their Concurrence therein.
