Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for the draining of the Level of the Fens, in the County of Lyn colne, extending itself from the River of Gleane and Bourne to Kyme Ea, as well within the Parts of Kestaven as Holland (The Eight Hundred Fenn excepted), &c."

ORDERED, That the Consideration of this Bill is committed to these Lords following; (videlicet,)

E. of Oxon's Claim to the Office of Ld. Great Chamberlain.

Next, an Account was given to the House of the particular former Proceedings in this House of the Cause between the Earl of Oxon and the Earl of Lyndsey, concerning the Title to the Office of the Lord Great Chamberlain of England, as they stand entered in the Journal Book of this House, AnnoCaroli, 1625.

And upon this, it was moved, "Whether to proceed to the Hearing of this Cause, in regard it hath been heard and determined in Parliament already, upon mature Advice and Deliberation?"

But it being now late:

It is ORDERED, That the further Debate of this Business shall be resumed again on Tuesday Morning next.

Adjourn.
