ORDERED, That Dr. Childe and Sir Wm. Glascocke do examine the Bill of the Marquis of Winton, lately brought from the House of Commons, with the former Bill which was this Parliament rejected by this House; and report the Difference to this House.

Hunt's Bill.

Bill for inclosing Grounds at Parsons Green.

The Lord Howard of Charlton reported from the Committee, the Bill for confirming an Inclosure of Land, formerly used for a Highway from Parsons Greene to Southfeild, in Fulham, and the settling of other Land for a Common Highway there in Lieu thereof, as fit to pass, with some Alterations; which, being read Twice, and Agreed to, it is ORDERED, That the said Bill be engrossed, with these Amendments.

Moulsworth versus Sir J. Drax & al.

Upon Report this Day from the Committee of Petitions, concerning Colonel Guy Moulsworth, against Sir James Drax and others, for some Things done in Barbados:

It is ORDERED, That the Petition of the said Colonel Moulsworth, and the Contents thereof, are hereby laid aside.
