Bill to vacate Sir Edward Powel's Fines.

The Earl of Bristoll reported from the Committee, the Bill for vacating Fines levied by Sir Edward Powell and his Lady, wherein the Committee have thought fit to make some Alterations, which they offer to their Lordships Consideration.

The said Alterations were read Twice.

And, after some Debate, the Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall be re-committed?" And it was Resolved in the Negative.

Then the Question was put, "Whether this Bill, with the Alterations now reported, shall be engrossed?"

And it was Resolved in the Affirmative.

E. of Banbury, about his Writ of Summons.

This Day the Cause of Nicholas Earl of Banbury, upon his Petition, wherein he prayeth a Writ of Summons to this Parliament as Earl of Banbury, and to enjoy all the Precedencies and Privileges thereunto belonging, granted by His Majesty's Letters Patents to the last Earl of Banbury, was heard, by Counsel, on the Earl's Part: And also Mr. Attorney General, Serjeant Maynard, and Serjeant Glynn, Counsel on the King's Behalf, were heard.

And in regard it was now late: It is ORDERED, That the Resolution of this Business shall be taken into Consideration To-morrow Morning.

E. of Derby's Bill.

ORDERED, That the Report of the Earl of Derbie's Bill shall be made on Saturday Morning next.

Adjourn.
