The Archbishop of Yorke reported, "That the Committee appointed to consider of the Bill for dividing
Trynity Church in Hull, from Hassle, have considered
of the said Bill, and made some Amendments and
Alterations therein; which are offered to the Consideration of the House."
Which Amendments, being read Twice, were Agreed
to.

Mouldesdale, Hope, and Hopesdalc, in the County of
Flinte."
ORDERED, That, before any further Proceedings in
the said Bill, the said Earl and the Parties concerned
therein shall be heard, by their Counsel and Witnesses
on both Sides, at this Bar; which Hearing is hereby
appointed to be on Tuesday the 17th of this Instant
December, at Ten of the Clock in the Morning, of
which the said Parties concerned are to have timely
Notice; who are then to attend, with their said Counsel and Witnesses, accordingly.
E. of Midd, Privilege in Underhill's Suit against him:
Upon the Affidavit of George Holman Gentleman,
That Mr. Holbeach, late Under Sheriff of the County
of Warwick, gave a Note under his Hand, That the
Earl of Midd. a Peer of this Realm, and a Member
of Parliament, was summoned to appear in the Common Pleas, at the Suit of Sir William Underbill;
which was returned, being prosecuted by one Mr.
Rawlins an Attorney:"
Rawlins, the Attorney, sent for.
It is ORDERED, That there shall be no further Prosecution in the said Cause against the Earl of Midd.
during the Privilege of this Parliament, unless it be by
the free Consent of the said Earl; and that the said
Rawlins shall, forthwith after the serving of this Order
upon him, appear before the Lords in Parliament, and
shew Cause why he hath thus proceeded against the said
Earl contrary to the Privilege of Parliament: And
herein he may not fail, as he will answer the contrary
to this House.
