of Edward Marquis and Earl of Worcester, and of the
Creditors of the said Marquis, for vesting and settling
upon Feoffees, in Trust, certain Manors, Lands, and
Tenements, for Payment of the Debts of the said
Marquis."

The Earl of Portland reported from the Committee,
the Bill to enable Doctor Peyton to sell Lands, for Payment of Debts; wherein the Committee have thought
fit to offer to the Consideration of the House some Additions and Amendments: Which, being read Twice,
were Agreed to.
