ORDERED, That these Lords following be added to the Committee for the Bill concerning the Office of Brokers:

Message to H. C. with Bills.

A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Sir Thomas Bennett and Sir Toby Wolrich;

To deliver to them these Bills following:

1. A Bill to enable Anthony Ettrick to sell Lands, for the Payment of his Debts; wherein the Lords have made some Alterations, and desire their Concurrence therein.

2. To deliver to them the Bill for naturalizing of Dame Philadelphia Wentworth, and the Bill concerning Sir Edward Wise; wherein the Concurrence of the House of Commons is desired.

3. To put them in Mind of the Bill formerly sent down to them, against melting of Silver Coin.

E. of Huntingdon's Bill.

ORDERED, That the Committee concerning the Earl of Huntingdon's Bill, being now sine Die, shall meet on Thursday next in the Afternoon.

E. of Derby and his Purchasers.

The House taking into Consideration the Cause between the Earl of Derby and the Creditors, having heard Counsel on both Sides upon the whole Merits of the Cause, as it stands stated in the Bill depending in this House: And, after a long Debate,

The Question being put, "Whether this Bill of the Earl of Derby shall be committed?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

And these Lords following were appointed Committees, to consider of the said Bill; videlicet,
