Sir H. Thyene's Bill.
The Earl of Bridgwater reported, "That the Committee have met, and considered the Bill concerning
Sir Henry Frederick Thynne; wherein the Lords have
made some Alterations, and added a Proviso, which
are offered to the Consideration of the House."
Then the said Alterations and Proviso were read
Twice; and, after some Debate, it is ORDERED, That
the said Bill is re-committed to the further Consideration of the Committee, who are to meet To-morrow
Morning at Nine of the Clock; and the same Judges
as formerly are to attend the Committee.
