Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for confirming a Decree made on the Behalf of Thomas Derham Esquire, and the Improvements, Exchanges, and Allotments, therein mentioned."

L. Campden's Bill.

The Earl of Bridgwater reported, "That the Committee have considered the Bill concerning Viscount Campden; and do think it fit to pass, with some small Amendments:" Which, being read Twice, were Agreed to, and the Bill ordered to be engrossed, with the said Alterations.

Ferrers et al. Nat. Bill.

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for the Naturalization of Ann Ferrers, and several others."

Sir Thomas Lee's Bill.

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act enabling Sir Thomas Lee to exchange some Lands, settled upon the Marriage of Dame Anne Lee his now Wife, in Consideration of another Settlement of Lands of equal Value in Lieu thereof."

Bankrupts Bill.

A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Sir Thomas Bird and Sir Toby Wolridge:

To deliver to them the Bill declaratory concerning Bankrupts, and to desire their Concurrence therein.

ORDERED, That the Lord Bellasis and the Lord Ashley are added to the Committee concerning the Marquis of Winton's Bill.

Bill for Uniformity of Worship.

Next, the House proceeded in the further Reading of the Alterations and Additions in the Book of Common Prayers; which being ended, the Lord Chancellor, in the Name, and by the Directions, of the House, gave the Lords the Bishops Thanks, for their Care in this Business; and desired their Lordships to give the like Thanks, from this House, to the other House of Convocation, for their Pains herein.

ORDERED, That this House will take into Consideration the Alterations and Amendments in the Bill concerning Uniformity of Public Worship, as it was lately reported; and this to be on Monday Morning next.

Bill to settle an additional Revenue on the King.

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for establishing an additional Revenue upon His Majesty, His Heirs and Successors, for the better Support of His and Their Crown and Dignity."

ORDERED, That the Lord Wentworth is added to the Committee for the Bill concerning the Court of Admiralty.
