A Message was brought from the House of Commons,
by Edward Smith Esquire and others; who returned
the Bill declaratory concerning Bankrupts, wherein the
House of Commons have made some Amendments;
to which their Lordships Concurrence is desired.
The said Amendments, being read Thrice, were
Agreed to.

A Message was brought from the House of Commons,
by Sir Rob't Holt and others; who brought up a Bill,
intituled, "An Act to enable Charles Barnsley Esquire,
and Gilbert his Son and Heir Apparent, to sell Lands,
for Payment of the Debts of the said Charles Barnsley the Father;" to which their Lordships Concurrence is desired.

Order for Money for the Serjeants at Mace and Knight Marshal's Men.
Upon a Petition of the Sixteen Serjeants at Arms
in Ordinary to His Majesty, who by Turns have hitherto
given their Attendance on the Upper House of Parliament, according to an Order of the Fifteenth of May
last past:
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House hath
thought fit (if His Majesty so please) that the said Serjeants shall have Ten Pounds apiece for their Attendance, according to the said Order; and that the Knight
Marshal's Men, who have likewise done their Duty in
waiting upon the said House, shall have Forty Pounds
amongst them, which amounteth in all to the Sum of
Two Hundred Pounds; which the Lord Treasurer is
desired to acquaint His Majesty withal; and that his
Lordship (having His Majesty's Concession herein) will
be pleased to give Direction for the speedy Payment of
the said Sums respectively.

Upon a Report made this Day to the House, concerning the Petition of Cutbert Morley Esquire, wherein
are mentioned Jeremy Elwes, Henry Elwes, Laurance
Maydwell Esquire, John Hill, Henry Pownel, and John
Jackson:
It is ORDERED, That the said Persons, and all others
concerned in the said Petition, shall be heard, at this Bar,
by their Counsel and Witnesses, on the 21th Day of
this Instant April, at Nine of the Clock in the Morning;
at which Time all Persons herein concerned are to attend the said Hearing accordingly.
