L. Stafford's Privilege in a Suit which concerns him, between Philips and Richards.

The House was this Day informed, "That there is a Suit depending, between one Phillipps Plaintiff, against Richards Defendant, touching the Title of the Manor of Brockton, in the County of Salop, which is intended to be brought to a Trial this next Assizes at Shrewsbury, the Nineteenth Day of this Instant March, wherein the Title of the Lord Viscount de Stafford, a Peer of this Realm, and Lord of Parliament, is immediately concerned:"

It is therefore ORDERED, &c. That there shall be no farther Proceeding in the said Cause during the Privilege of this Session of Parliament, unless it be by the free Will and Consent of the said Lord Stafford; and hereof all Counsel, Attornies, Solicitors, and others any Way concerned herein, being served with this Order, are to take Notice, and yield Obedience hereunto, as the contrary will be answered to this House.

Adjourn.
