Heralds Bill for recording Descents, &c.

ORDERED, That the Committee for the Bill for recording the Matches and Descents of the Nobility and Gentry of England do meet To-morrow in the Afternoon, at Three of the Clock.

Sir J. Packington's Bill.

The Earl of Bolingbrooke reported, "That the Committee have considered of the Bill to enable Sir John Packington and his Trustees to sell Lands for Payment of Debts, and have heard all Parties therein concerned, and the Trustees, who have all given their Consents to the Matters contained in the said Bill: Whereupon the Committee are of Opinion, That the said Bill do pass, without any Alterations or Amendments."

Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act to enable Sir John Packington and his Trustees to sell, or otherwise to dispose of, certain Lands, for the Payment of his Debts, and raising Portions for his Younger Children."

The Question being put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

ORDERED, That the Committee for the Earl of Kent's Bill do meet To-morrow in the Afternoon, at Three of the Clock.

Bill to repeal Acts of the Long Parl.

ORDERED, That the Committee for preparing a Bill to repeal the Acts passed in the Long Parliament do meet on Monday next, in the Afternoon, at Three of the Clock.

ORDERED, That the Lord Berkley of Berkley is added to the Committee for the Bill for naturalizing Charlotte Killegrew and others.
