Ld. Gerard versus Granger.

ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, upon the Petition of Charles Lord Gerard, Baron of Brandon, That the Serjeant at Arms attending this House, or his Deputy, shall attach the Body of Abraham Granger, as a Delinquent, and forthwith bring him before their Lordships, to answer such Matters as he stands charged with in the said Petition; and this to be a sufficient Warrant in that Behalf.

Ld. Gerard versus Fitton & al.

Upon the Petition of Charles Lord Gerard, Baron of Brandon, read this Day in the House:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That William Fitton, Alexander Fitton, John Cade, and Edward Lloyd, be summoned to appear before their Lordships in Parliament on Tuesday next, the Three and Twentieth of this Instant June, at Ten of the Clock in the Morning, to answer such Matters as are contained in the said Petition; at which Time the said Lloyd is to produce the Paper mentioned in the said Petition, signed by Abraham Granger, and attested by Joseph Ward to be in the Hands of the said John Lloyd; and that Sir Evan Lloyd, Bevis Lloyd, and Joseph Ward, are to attend as Witnesses at the same Time.

E. Middlesex and E. Bridgewater Quarrel.

ORDERED, That on Thursday next, the 25th Day of June Instant, this House will take into further Consideration the Business between the Earl of Bridgwater and the Earl of Midd. as it now lies before their Lordships, and proceed to Judgement therein.
