ORDERED, That the Committee for the Bill for Encouragement of Trade do meet on Thursday Morning
next, at Nine of the Clock.

Plowman, Foreman, & al. sent for.
ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That John Browne, John Foreman, Serjeants, Henry Ploweman, Henry Nayler, and Mary Royston,
Creditors, are to appear before the Lords in Parliament on
Thursday Morning; and shew Cause why Mr. Crofts,
a menial Servant of the Lord Morley, hath been arrested, and detained in Prison, by them, or by their
Means, contrary to the Privilege of Parliament; who
is to be brought before the Lords at the same Time:
And hereof neither they, nor any of them, are to fail,
as the contrary is to be answered to this House.
Ld. Gerard versus Granger, Fitton, Lloyd, & al.
Whereas, by Order of this House, bearing Date the
Twentieth Day of this Instant June, Edward Lloyd
amongst others was summoned to appear this Day,
to answer such Matters as are contained in the Petition
of the Lord Gerard of Brandon, depending in this
House, and to produce the Paper mentioned in the said Petition signed by Abraham Granger; and the said Edward
Lloyd appearing accordingly, did deliver in a Paper at
this Bar, being a Narrative subscribed by the said
Abraham Granger, and attested by divers Persons.
Which Paper being read, and the House finding the
same much derogatory to the Honour of the Lord
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That it is referred to
the Committee for Privileges, to examine the Business, whereby the Conspiracy against the Lord Gerard
may be fully discovered; and that all Persons herein
concerned are to attend the said Lords Committees on
Friday next, the Twenty-sixth of June Instant, at Three
of the Clock in the Afternoon, and so from Time to
Time, as the Lords Committees shall please to appoint.
