by Sir John Brampston Knight of the Bath, and others;
who brought up a Bill, intituled, "An Act for the
assembling and holding of Parliaments Once in Three
Years at the least; and for the Repeal of an Act, intituled, An Act for the preventing of Inconveniencies
happening by the Intermission of Parliaments;"
wherein their Lordships Concurrence is desired.

Lords Committees appointed by this House to consider
of Three Acts of Parliament passed in the First
Session of this Parliament, begun the Eighth Day
of May, 1661; the one concerning the Poor;
the other concerning the Highways; and the other
concerning the Streets and Hackney Coaches; and
if there be Defect in any of them, to report it to
this House; otherwise, if their Lordships please, to
send to the Justices of Peace to attend them therein,
or to enjoin them to cause the said Acts to be put
into due Execution; and that such Judges as the
Lords shall from Time to Time send for, are to
assist their Lordships in the Consideration of the
said Acts:
