A Message was brought from the House of Commons,
by the Lord Fanshaw and others; who brought a Bill,
intituled, "An Act to prevent and suppress seditious
Conventicles;" wherein their Lordships Concurrence
is desired.
A Message was brought from, the House of Commons,
by Sir Courtney Poole Knight, and others; who brought
up a Bill, intituled, "An Act for collecting the Duty
arising by Hearth-money by Officers to be appointed
by His Majesty;" wherein their Lordships Concurrence is desired.
Roberts and Bodvile versus Wynn & al.
ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in
Parliament assembled, That this House will proceed in
the Hearing of the Cause between Robert Robertes
Esquire and others Plaintiffs, and Thomas Wynn and
others Defendants, on Tuesday Morning next; and in
the mean Time, that the Counsel of the said Wynn do
set down in Writing what Exceptions they have to the
State of the Case in the Decretal Order of Chancery as
to the Matter of Fact, and deliver the same to the
Counsel of the Plaintiffs; whereupon Counsel on both
Sides shall be heard at the Time aforesaid.
