Upon Complaint made by the Lord Lucas, a Member
of this House, and upon Oath made at this Bar, by Anthony Fry, George Skull, and John Mills, "That Gyles
Earle Gentleman hath built a Wall upon, and made
several Entries into, the Copyhold Estate of Alice
Harding Widow, in the Manor of Crudwell cum Escott,
in the County of Wilts, whereof the said Lord Lucas
is Lord, whereby the Inheritance of his Lordship is
concerned, being violated contrary to the Privilege of
Parliament:"
It is therefore ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and
Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Serjeant at
Arms attending this House, or his Deputy, do forthwith
attach the Body of the said Gyles Earle, and keep him
in safe Custody, until the Pleasure of this House be further signified; and this to be a sufficient Warrant in that
Behalf.
