Yarmouth Bill.

The Earl of Dorsett reported, "That the Committee have considered of the Bill concerning Great and Little Yarmouth; and they think it fit to pass as it is, without any Alterations."

Sir Robert Carr's Bill.

Next, this House took into Consideration the Business heard at this Bar Yesterday, by the Counsel and Witnesses, upon the Bill for settling the Estate of Sir Rob't Carr Baronet, and the Petition of Dame Mary Carr, Wife of Sir Rob't Carr Baronet, on Behalf of herself and her Husband.

And, after a long Debate thereof, it is ORDERED, That the Consideration of the said Bill is committed to these Lords following; who, having heard such Persons thereupon as they think fit, are afterwards to make Report thereof to this House:

ORDERED, That His Majesty's Attorney General is appointed to attend the Lords Committees to whom the Bill wherein the Pin-makers are concerned stands committed, To-morrow Morning, at Nine of the Clock, in the Prince's Lodgings.

E. of Suffolk, Privilege. Loanes, his Servant, arrested:

Upon Oath made at the Bar of this House, by John Loanes, "That he, being a menial Servant to the Earl of Suffolke, a Peer of this Realm, was, on or about the 22th Day of January last, arrested, by Henry Fox, Bailiff, at the Suit of William Banson, notwithstanding that the said Henry Fox did know the said John Loanes to be his Lordship's Servant as aforesaid:"

Banson and Fox sent for.

Which being contrary to the Privilege of Parliament, it is therefore ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal assembled in Parliament, That the said William Banson is hereby required, forthwith upon Sight of this Order, to appear at the Bar of this House, to answer his Offence; and that the Serjeant at Arms attending this House, or his Deputy, shall forthwith attach the Body of the said Henry Fox, and bring him in safe Custody to the Bar of this House; and for so doing, this shall be a sufficient Warrant.

Adjourn.
