the Prince's Lodgings.
E. of Suffolk, Privilege. Loanes, his Servant, arrested:
Upon Oath made at the Bar of this House, by John
Loanes, "That he, being a menial Servant to the Earl
of Suffolke, a Peer of this Realm, was, on or about
the 22th Day of January last, arrested, by Henry Fox,
Bailiff, at the Suit of William Banson, notwithstanding that the said Henry Fox did know the said John
Loanes to be his Lordship's Servant as aforesaid:"
Banson and Fox sent for.
Which being contrary to the Privilege of Parliament,
it is therefore ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and
Temporal assembled in Parliament, That the said William
Banson is hereby required, forthwith upon Sight of this
Order, to appear at the Bar of this House, to answer
his Offence; and that the Serjeant at Arms attending
this House, or his Deputy, shall forthwith attach the
Body of the said Henry Fox, and bring him in safe
Custody to the Bar of this House; and for so doing,
this shall be a sufficient Warrant.
