Absent Lords excused.

ORDERED, That the Lord Howard of Charlton is excused for being absent; he having the King's Leave for the same, and hath sent his Proxy.

The Absence of the Archbishop of Yorke was excused; he having the King's Leave to be absent, and hath sent his Proxy.

Likewise the Absence of the Bishop of Ely was excused; he having the King's Leave, and hath sent his Proxy.

Also the House excused the Bishop of Durham and the Bishop of Carlile for being absent.

Likewise the Absence of the Bishop of Bristoll and the Bishop of Chichester were excused; they having the King's Leave to be absent, and have sent their Proxies.

The Absence also of the Marquis of Dorchester was excused; he having the King's Leave, and hath sent his Proxy.
