A Message was brought from the House of Commons, by Mr. Strangwaies and others; who brought up a Bill passed that House, intituled, "An Act for restraining Non-conformists from inhabiting in Corporations;" whereunto their Lordships Concurrence is desired.

Hemp and Flax Bill.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for Encouragement of sowing and planting of Hemp and Flax."

ORDERED, That the Consideration of this Bill is committed to the same Committee as the Bill is for making Provision for those as be infected with the Plague. And their Lordships are to meet in the Hebrew School, To-morrow in the Afternoon, at Three of the Clock, and have Power to adjourn as they please.
