Trott versus Le Cle et al.
Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of Nicholas
Trott Esquire, from a Decree made in the Court of
Chancery, the Seven and Twentieth of June One Thousand Seven Hundred and One, on the Behalf of Reignier Le Cle, John Henry Mayskin, John Gilles, and Jeremy Vander-Moor; and praying "the Reversal thereof;
and that all Proceedings be stayed; and the Service of this Order on the Respondents Clerk in Chancery, may be good Service (in order to the Respondents answering to the said Appeal), they living beyond
the Seas in Holland:"
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Reignier Le
Cle, John Henry Mayskin, John Gilles, and Jeremy VanderMoor, may have a Copy of the said Appeal; and shall
and they are hereby required to put in their Answers
thereunto, in Writing, on Saturday the Twenty-eighth
Day of November next; and that the Service of this
Order upon the Respondents Clerk in Chancery shall
be good Service in order thereunto; and that, in the mean
Time, all Proceedings in the Courts below be stayed.
