Lords take the Oaths.

This Day Ralph Earl of Montague and Robert Lord Lucas took the Oaths, and made and subscribed the Declaration, and also took and subscribed the Oath of Abjuration, pursuant to the Statutes.

D. of Beausort's Bill.

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for settling divers Manors, Lands, and Hereditaments, the Estate of Henry Duke of Beaufort, according to Agreements made upon his Marriage; and for other Purposes in the said Act mentioned."

Upon the First Reading of the Bill, intituled, "An Act for settling divers Manors, Lands, and Hereditaments, the Estate of Henry Duke of Beaufort, according to Agreements made upon his Marriage; and for other Purposes in the said Act mentioned:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the most Honourable Rebeccah Marchioness of Worcester may have a Copy of the said Bill; and Notice, "That the said Bill is ordered to be read a Second Time on Monday the Three and Twentieth Instant, at Eleven a Clock in the Forenoon."

Treaties delivered.

The Earl of Nottingham, Her Majesty's Principal Secretary of State, this Day, delivered the Copies of the Treaties, pursuant to Order.

The Titles whereof were read, as follow; (videlicet,)

"Convention between Her Majesty, The States Generall, and the Elector of Treves, 6th May, 1702."

"Translation of the Convention between Her Majesty, The States General, and the Elector of Treves, 6th May, 1702."

"Convention between Her Majesty and the House of Lunenburg, about Troops, 21 June, N. S. 1702."

"Translation of the Convention between Her Majesty and the House of Lunenburg, for a Supply of Ten Thousand Men, 21 June, 1702.
