Cowper's Bill.

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for the vesting of the several Manors, Messuages, Lands, and Hereditaments, in the County of Essex, late belonging to John Cowper, Gentleman, deceased, in Trustees, to be sold, for better Payment of his Debts and Legacies charged thereon."

Peirson versus Miles.

Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of William Peirson Esquire, from a Decree and Dismission in the Court of Exchequer, the Seventh Day of July last past, on the Behalf of Thomas and William Miles; and praying the Reversal of the said Decree:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Thomas and William Miles may have a Copy of the said Appeal; and shall and they are hereby required to put in their Answer thereunto, in Writing, on Friday the Eleventh Day of December next, at Eleven a Clock in the Forenoon.

Trustees, Ireland.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Trustees now in Town for Sale of the forfeited Estates in Ireland do attend this House on Tuesday next, at Eleven a Clock, with an Account, in Writing, of their Proceedings in relation to the late Act of Parliament in that Behalf.

Accompts of the Army, State of, to be laid before the House.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Commissioners appointed to examine the Accompts of the Army do lay before this House, in Writing, a State of the said Accompts, on Monday next, at Eleven a Clock.
