Trustees forfeited Estates in Ireland, Books and Papers delivered by.
The Trustees for Sale of the forfeited Estates in
Ireland, attending, were called in; and, at the Bar, delivered their Books and Papers, so far as their Accompts
are made up, as follow ; (videlicet,)
1. "A Rent Roll of the Forfeitures for Three Years
and Half, beginning the 2d of November 1699, and
ending the 2d May 1703; with an Abstract of the
Whole at End."
"This Accompt is made up exactly for Seven of
the Eleven Districts; the other Four (as to
the First Year and Half only) being unfinished, but will shortly be sent over, the Receivers for these Districts being now passing
their Accompts; but the Variation will be
very inconsiderable."
2. "An Abstract of the Receivers Accompts for the
said Seven Districts from the 2d of November
1699, to the 2d of November 1701 (being Two
Years); wherein is distinguished what is received,
what in Arrear, and what respited to Incumbrancers."
3. "A Particular of Arrears, to make good the said
Abstract."
4. "A particular Accompt of what has been paid to
Incumbrancers."
5. "An Abstract of all Receipts and Payments from
the Beginning of the Execution of the Trust to the
29th of September last, distinguishing how much is
received and paid on every Head."
6. "A particular Accompt of all Monies paid to
the Trustees, their Officers, and Clerks, &c. for
Two Years and a Quarter."
7. "An Account of Incumbrances reported, with
a Computation of what Proportion of the Whole
is on Estates that remain vested in the Trustees."
8. "An Estimate of Incumbrances not reported."
9. "An Abstract of the Forfeitures; distinguishing
what Part thereof are vested in Fee, what for Life,
and what for Years; together with what Incumbrances
are to be deducted out of the Whole."

Hindmarsh versus Everard.
Upon reading the Petition of Richard Hindmarsh and
Margaret his Wife; praying, "That Mr. James Tenant
may enter into a Recognizance for them, they being
in Gaol in Northumberland:"
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal
in Parliament assembled, That the said James Tenant
may enter into a Recognizance for the said Richard
Hindmarsh and his Wife; and that this House will hear
the said Cause, by Counsel, at the Bar, on Monday the
Fourteenth Day of this Instant December, at Eleven a
Clock in the Forenoon.

Prise, "That a Day may be appointed for hearing of
