Upon reading the Petition of Thomas Chapman Esquire,
and others, Respondents to the Petition and Appeal of
William Fletcher and his Wife; shewing, "That they have
put in their Answer to the said Appeal;" and praying,

Loader versus Burrough.
Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of Isaac Loader, from a Decree made in the Court of Chancery the
Twelfth Day of March last, and an Order or Decree of
the One and Twentieth of June last, and an Order of
the Eleventh Day of this Instant November, for Payment of Costs on the Behalf of Joseph Burrough, surviving Executor of Robert Castell; and praying, "That the
said Decree and Orders (as to the Five Hundred Pounds
therein mentioned) Part of Five Hundred Fifty-two
Pounds and Eight Shillings, and the Costs, may be reversed, and Restitution of the Five Hundred Pounds
may be made to the Petitioner; and that all Proceedings on the Order for Costs may be stayed:"
