Sutton versus West, in Error.

The House being acquainted, "That the Lord Chief Justice attended, with a Writ of Error;" Leave was given for it to be brought in.

Then the Lord Chief Justice, in the usual Manner, brought into the House a Writ of Error, with a Transcript of the Record; wherein,

William Sutton is Plaintiff, Michael West Defendant.

Irregularities in Causes at the Bar, to prevent.

Lords Committees appointed to consider of some proper Methods, to prevent Irregularities at the hearing Causes at the Bar of this House; and report their Opinion to this House.
