Sir George Wheeler, Leave for a Bill.

Upon reading the Petition of Sir George Wheeler Knight, and Doctor in Divinity; praying Leave to bring in a Bill, to empower him to make Leases for building some Houses in Channel-Row:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Petitioner hath hereby Leave given him for bringing in a Bill, as desired.

Dobson versus Hearne.

Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of William Dobson, from a Decree of Dismission, made in the Court of Chancery, the First of June One Thousand Seven Hundred and Three, on the Behalf of Gilbert Hearne; and praying the Reversal of the said Decree:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Gilbert Hearne may have a Copy of the said Appeal; and shall and he is hereby required to put in his Answer thereunto, in Writing, on Wednesday the Two and Twentieth Day of this Instant December, at Eleven a Clock in the Forenoon.

Irish Trustees Report and Accompts.

The Report of the Trustees for the forfeited Estates in Ireland, as also the Abstract of the Trustees Accompts, delivered into this House the Nine and Twentieth of November last, being read:
