PRAYERS.

Spencer & al. versus Sir James Collet:

After hearing Counsel, at the Bar, upon the Petition and Appeal of Edward Spencer and Robert Sprackling, against Two Decrees of the Court of Exchequer, made the Nine and Twentieth Day of June last; One of them, in a Cause wherein Edward Spencer Gentleman was Plaintiff, and Sir James Collet Knight and John Conold Clerk were Defendants; and the other, in a Cause wherein the said John Conold was Plaintiff, and the Petitioner Sprackling Defendant; and praying the Reversal of the said Decrees: As also upon the Answer of the said Sir James Collett and John Conold put in thereunto; and due Consideration of what was offered thereupon:

Judgement affirmed, with Costs.

It is ORDERED and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Petition and Appeal of Edward Spencer and Robert Sprackling shall be, and is hereby, dismissed this House; and that the Decrees therein complained of shall be, and they are hereby, affirmed: And it is further ORDERED, That the Appellants Edward Spencer and Robert Sprackling shall pay, or cause to be paid, unto the Respondents Sir James Collet and John Conold, the Sum of Ten Pounds, for their Costs.

Address, Committee to prepare.

And the Earl Rivers reported, "That the Lords have cast up the Balloting Glass; and that the Majority of Numbers are fallen on the Lords following; (videlicet,)

Upon Report from the Lords Committees appointed to cast up the Balloting Glass; their Lordships find, that the Majority of Ballots had fallen on the Lords following:
