Insolvent Debtors who will serve the Queen, Bill.

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for the Discharge out of Prison such Insolvent Debtors as shall serve, or procure a Person to serve, in Her Majesty's Fleet or Army."

Militia Bill.

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for raising the Militia for the Year One Thousand Seven Hundred and Four, although the Month's Pay formerly advanced be not re-paid."

Briscoe's Bill:

The Earl of Stamford reported from the Lords Committees, the Bill, intituled, "An Act for the Improvement of the Estate of John Briscoe Esquire, in the County of Cumberland," as fit to pass, with some Amendments.

Which were read Twice, and agreed to.

Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for the Improvement of the Estate of John Briscoe Esquire, in the County of Cumberland."

The Question was put, "Whether this Bill, with the Amendments, shall pass?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

Message to H. C. with Amendments to it.

A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Sir John Francklyn and Mr. Rogers:

To return the said Bill, and desire their Concurrence to their Lordships Amendments made thereto.

Sir H. Farker versus Stillingfleet.

After hearing Counsel, upon the Petition and Appeal of Sir Henry Parker Baronet, and John Durham his Under-tenan, against a Decree of Dismission made in the Court of Exchequer, the Eight and Twentieth Day of June last past, on the Behalf of James Stillingfleete Clerk; and praying the Reversal of the said Decree or Order of Dismission: As also upon the Answer of the said James Stillingfleete put in thereunto; and due Consideration of what was offered thereupon:

It is ORDERED and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Decree or Order of Dismission shall be, and is hereby, reversed; and that the Bill be retained in the Exchequer; and if James Stillingfleete do not bring a new Ejectment, and try his Title to the Lease in Question, before the End of Michaelmas Term next, that then the Court of Exchequer shall grant a perpetual Injunction against the Action of Trespass for Mesne Profits; and, upon the Event of the Trial, the Court of Exchequer do give such Directions in this Case as shall be just; and in the mean Time the former Injunction to continue.

Public Accompts, for taking, &c. Bill.

Whereas this Day was appointed, for the Second Reading of the Bill, intituled, "An Act for the taking, examining, and stating, the Public Accompts of the Kingdom:"

It is ORDERED, That the said Bill shall be read a Second Time To-morrow, after the Cause.
