Sir T. Lawrence & al. versus Blachford & al.
Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of Sir Thomas
Lawrence Baronet, and John Lawrence Esquire his
Son, from an Order or Decree of the Court of Chancery, made the Six and Twentieth Day of February
last, in a Cause there depending, wherein the Petitioners were Plaintiffs, and Robert Blachford, Daniel
Blachford, Elizabeth Blachford, Jane Blachford, George
Blachford, John Blachford, John Leigh, Thomas Urrey,
William Taylor and Grace his Wife, Edmond Challoner,
and Arthur Lake, were Defendants; and praying,
"That that Part of the said Order or Decree, which
appoints One Thousand Five Hundred Pounds and
Interest to be paid out of the Two Thousand
Pounds and Interest in the Petition mentioned, may
be so far reversed:"
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Robert
Blachford, Daniel Blachford, Elizabeth Blachford, Jane
Blachford, George Blachford, John Blachford, John
Leigh, Thomas Urrey, William Taylor and Grace his
Wife, Edmond Challoner, and Arthur Lake, may have a
Copy of the said Appeal; and shall and they are
hereby required to put in their Answer or respective
Answers thereunto, in Writing, on Thursday the Three
and Twentieth Day of this Instant November, at Eleven
a Clock in the Forenoon; and that, in order thereunto, the Service of this Order on the Respondents
Clerk in Chancery shall be good Service.

1. Mr. Burchet, pursuant to an Order of the Third
Instant, delivered,
