Moore & al. versus Cross.

The House being moved, "That a Day may be appointed, for hearing of the Cause wherein John Moore and others are Appellants, and Roger and John Cross Respondents:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the said Cause, by Counsel, at the Bar, on Friday the First Day of December next, at Eleven a Clock.

Commissioners for Prizes to bring in their Accompt.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Commissioners for Prizes do, with all convenient Speed, lay before this House an Accompt, in Writing, of what has arisen by Prizes during the present War, and how the same hath been applied, and the Establishment and Charges of the Execution of the said Office.

Account of Aids, and how they have been applied.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Lord High Treafurer of England do lay before this House an Accompt, in Writing, of what Aids have been given by Parliament, in the Years One Thousand Seven Hundred and Two, One Thousand Seven Hundred and Three, and One Thousand Seven Hundred and Four, and how they have been applied to the Service of the Public.
