After hearing Counsel, upon the Petition and Appeal of Sir Henry Dutton Colt Baronet, and the Answer of James Young; and Debate thereupon:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the further Consideration and Debate of this Matter shall be adjourned to Monday next, at Eleven a Clock; at which Time One Counsel on either Side is to attend.

Upon reading the Petition of Charles Lord Howard, Baron of Escrick; praying Leave to bring in a Bill, for Payment of Debts and Incumbrances upon his Manor of Sheldrake, in the County of York, by Sale of the said Manor:
