Clayton's Bill, for disuniting Horn from Blechingley.

The Lord Bishop of Salisbury reported from the Lords Committees, the Bill, intituled, "An Act for severing and disuniting the Church or Chapel of Horne, from the Church of Blechingley, in the County of Surrey," as fit to pass, with some Amendments.

Which were read Twice, and agreed to; and the Bill ordered to be engrossed, with the said Amendments.

Lister's Bill.

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for the vesting certain Lands and Tenements, in or near the Parish of Heston, in the County of Middlesex, being formerly the Estate of Mathew Lister Gentleman and Frances his Wife, and Timothy Whitfeild Gentleman and Mary his Wife, in Trustees, to be sold, for the Purposes in the Bill mentioned."

Roger & al. Nat.

Upon reading the Petition of Francis Roger and others; praying to be naturalized:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Petitioners may be added to a Bill of Naturalization; now depending in this House, as desired.

Biddulph's Bill:

Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for settling the Tithes of certain Lands in Franckton, in the County of Warwick, upon Simon Biddulph Esquire and his Heirs; and for settling a Rent Charge, in Lieu thereof, upon the present Rector there, and his Successors for ever."

The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Sir Robert Legard and Sir Richard Holford:

To carry down the said Bill, and desire their Concurrence thereunto.

Fownes & Ux. versus D'Oyly & al.;

After hearing Counsel further, upon the Petition and Appeal of Richard Fownes and Elizabeth his Wife, from a Decree of Dismission in the Court of Chancery, the First Day of March One Thousand Seven Hundred and Three, on the Behalf of Sir John D'Oyly Baronet, and John D'Oyly Esquire, James Prowse, Edward Cooke, Charles D'Oyly, John Short, John Cholwich, and Margaret D'Oyly; and praying the Reversal of the said Decree of Dismission: As also upon the Answers of the said Sir John D'Oyly, and John D'Oyly, Edward Cooke, Charles D'Oyly, John Cholwich, and John Short, Margaret D'Oyly, and James Prowse, put in thereunto; and due Consideration of what was offered thereupon:

Judgement affirmed.

It is this Day ORDERED and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Petition and Appeal of Richard Fownes and Elizabeth his Wife shall be, and is hereby, dismissed this House; and that the Decree of Dismission therein complained of shall be, and is hereby, affirmed.
