Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for confirming an Agreement between the Executors of Moses Gould Esquire, deceased, and his Relict, for the Payment of his Debts, and Maintenance of the Younger Children; and for settling other Part of his Estate."

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for vesting the Estate of Joseph Grainge and Elizabeth his Wife in Trustees, to be sold; and to dispose of Part of the Money arising by such Sale for the Maintenance of the said Elizabeth, pursuant to their Marriage Settlement; and to apply the Residue to the Payment of the Debts of the said Joseph Grainge."

Horner versus Hilliard.

After hearing Counsel upon the Petition and Appeal of George Horner and George Twyford an Infant, by the said George Horner his next Friend, from a Decree of Dismission made in the Court of Chancery, the Two and Twentieth Day of May last past, on the Behalf of William Hilliard and Mary his Wife, James Twyford and Sarah his Wife, the Petitioner's the Infant's Father and Mother; and praying the Reversal of the said Decree, and other Matters in the said Appeal complained of: As also upon the Answers of the said William Hilliard and Mary his Wife, James Twyford and Sarah his Wife, put in thereunto; and due Consideration of what was offered thereupon:

Judgement affirmed.

It is ORDERED and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Petition and Appeal shall be, and is hereby, dismissed this House; and that the Decree of Dismission and other Matters complained of in the said Appeal shall be, and is hereby, affirmed.

Green's Bill.

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to enable John Green, of Gavellacre, in the County of Southampton, Clerk, to sell some Estates in Hackleston, in the County of Wilts; and for the settling other Estates, in Gavellacer, in the County of Southampton, of a better Value, to the same Uses."

Griffin's Bill.

After hearing Her Majesty's Attorney General, in relation to the Bill, intituled, "An Act for enabling James Griffin Esquire to make Leases of Part of the Manor of Dingley, and Lands there, for raising Money to pay Debts and Portions for his Younger Children."

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House shall be put into a Committee upon the said Bill, on Tuesday next, after the Matter on the Countess Dowager of Lindsey's Petition be over.
