Upon Report from the Lords Committees appointed to consider of the State of the Nation, in relation to Naval Affairs, "That the Committee having received Information upon Oath, from Robert Morley, That the Ship, called New Judith, of Venice, now in the River of Thames, did, on the Fifth of June One Thousand Seven Hundred and Two, sail from The Downs, and delivered at Alicant, August the 19th, Five Hundred Pigs of Lead, and Twelve Hundred Bars of Iron; and at Valentia, on the Fifth of September following, delivered there Five Hundred Pigs of Lead:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Lords with White Staves do attend Her Majesty, humbly to desire Her Majesty, "That She will forthwith give Order for the immediate stopping of the said Ship."

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this Report shall be referred to the Committee who made the same, to draw up an Address, to be presented to Her Majesty thereupon, and upon the Debate of the House: Whose Lordships are to meet on Monday next, at Ten a Clock; and report to the House.
