Jones versus James.
After hearing Counsel upon the Petition and Appeal
of William Jones, from a Decree made in the Court of
Chancery, for Affirmation of a Will made by Morgan
Jones, and granting a perpetual Injunction against trying the Validity of the said Will, which Decree and
Injunction was made in Favour of Nicholas James; and
praying the Reversal of the said Decree: As also upon
the Answer of the said Nicholas James put in thereunto;
and due Consideration of what was offered thereupon:
Judgement affirmed.
It is ORDERED and Adjudged, by the Lords
Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That
the said Petition and Appeal of William Jones shall be,
and is hereby, dismissed this House; and that the Decree
therein complained of shall be, and is hereby, affirmed.

appointed Monday next, at Two a Clock, for this
